Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your household items purchase. If you change your mind, here’s how returns work:

1. Eligibility & Timeframe

  • You have 7 days from the date you pick up your order to request a return.
  • Returns are accepted in store only at our Ifo, Ogun State address. Please bring your order confirmation and the item in its original condition.

2. Item-Specific Conditions

  • Drinks & Food items: Must be unopened, sealed, and within expiration date.
  • Baby products & other household items: Must be unused, with all original packaging and tags.
  • Same goes for other Items bought

3. Refund Method

  • Since payments are made at pickup, refunds will be issued in cash at the store counter upon approval.
  • Refunds may take up to 3 business days to process.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable or personal hygiene products that have been opened.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” at purchase.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@enitansuperstore.com or call/WhatsApp 070 4768 0901 within 7 days of pickup.
  2. Bring the item and confirmation email to our store.
  3. We’ll inspect and process your refund on the spot (or within 3 business days).

6. Return Disclaimer

Enitan Superstore reserves the right to refuse returns if:

  • The item does not meet the conditions outlined above (e.g., used, opened, damaged, or past the return window).
  • The customer fails to provide valid proof of purchase or order confirmation.
  • We have reason to believe the return is fraudulent or abusive.

Our staff will inspect all items upon return and determine eligibility at their discretion.
